STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION

This first meet and greet is a time for us to learn more about how you want your final home to look and feel. In this step, we’ll go over our builder’s process, review your budget, talk about timelines, and answer any and all of your questions. We’ll tour the lot, getting a first-hand look at the building site. No two builds are alike, and this is an opportunity to get to know you, your style, and begin developing your personal client experience.

Step 2: Architecture & Design

In this step, we’ll begin to connect with your architect and interior designer (if you have one), finalizing the details of your build so that we can begin to estimate the full scope of the project. Don’t worry if you don’t have house plans completed. We have a number of architects we can put you in contact with to ensure you’re getting the exact contemporary home construction design you envision. We’ll also engage our trade partners to give a better price estimate for each part of the project.

Step 3: Estimations & Contracts

Following the house plans and structural engineering, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive project budget and timeline. After we’ve aligned on the details and you’ve signed a contract, the building can begin!

Step 4: Obtaining Building Permitting

We’ll handle the building permitting for you, submitting a plan and coordinating with the local planning authorities.

Step 5: Construction Begins

Now for the fun part, building your new home! Throughout the building process, we’ll remain in constant contact with you to ensure timelines are seamless, budgets are on track, and any questions of yours are answered. You’ll be given access to our local custom builders software, where you’ll be able to see scheduling and photo updates of your build in real-time.

Step 6: Final Completion

In this step we’ll do a final walkthrough of the house with you, giving a full home orientation. This includes reviewing information on maintenance, mechanical room functions, and our service and warranty program. You’ll be given a New Home Warranty Binder that will detail every aspect of your home for you.

While your house may be complete, we’ll always continue to be here for any questions you may have.
